I sent an iphone from the states to Germany and when the box got there it was empty, the phone had been stolen!

Nevermind, got an answer. The people in the TKS shop told my husband he would have to pay a cancellation fee and return his phone, called T-Mobile directly and they said just send a letter with a copy...

I just read the post about the SIM deactivating and the number being recycled, we have never had that problem and we have gone sometimes 6 months between uses.

You will probably want to allow extra time for sign in, they are always busy and with Haunted Tent City and Trick or Treating I am sure it will be even worse!
